Award winning director Adrian Sibley made the feature documentary The Ghost of Richard Harris with Jared Harris and his brothers in search of their father which had its world premiere at the Venice Film Festival, then won best documentary at the Newport Beach and Fort Lauderdale Film Festivals. It was also longlisted for the 2023 Best Documentary BAFTA Awards and nominated for the George Morrison Feature Documentary Award at the IFTA Awards as well as for best Arts programme at the RTS Awards.

Adrian has collaborated with Chris Packham twice on Is it Time to Break the Law? for Channel 4 and Forever Punk for the BBC. He has travelled with photographer Sir Don McCullin through war torn Syria to chart the cultural devastation wrought by ISIS in The Road to Palmyra and through his home country in Looking for England.

He has also made documentaries with artists including leading actor Anthony Hopkins and all round genius Steve Martin as well as director Baz Luhrmann for the BAFTA winning The Show Must Go On. He loves music and explored the 'beautiful mystery' as Elton John put it of singer songwriter Kate Bush for The Kate Bush Story: Running Up That Hill for the BBC and the genius of Prince Rogers Nelson in Prince: Last Year of a Legend for C4.

Adrian was the executive producer for Levison Wood's Discovery series Arabia and Misha and The Wolves, a Netflix feature documentary which was co-produced through his company Bright Yellow Films. He has also written scripts including for the brilliant actors Gary Oldman and Nicole Kidman, and has been a lifelong believer in the power of cinema since being the projectionist at school.
