Documentary about Steve Martin which returns to his childhood home in Orange County, California to explore how nearby Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm helped give him ideas that set him on the path to becoming a successful stand-up comedian and film star with The Jerk in the Seventies. Martin opens up for the first time about his life and career, reads scenes from his self-penned plays and films and reveals hidden talents for roller skating and the banjo. With the late Nora Ephron and Robin Williams, John Cleese, Ron Howard and Billy Connolly.
